To complete the challenge, you must commit to the following:
- Fill out registration form (on this page)
- Complete 10 assigned Hero WODs (one each week)
- Post a photo to Instagram after completing each week’s Hero WOD and tag @crossfitadvantage and #herowodchallenge
A different Hero WOD will be announced via email each Sunday. WODs can be completed any time throughout the week during Open Gym or during the Saturday Class. If you’re going to be out of town, complete the WOD at any CrossFit Affiliate. Don’t forget to post a photo, tag our gym and add the #herowodchallenge hash tag. As always, workouts can be scaled as needed.
